Do you have any mobile homes for rent? 
No. All mobile homes are owner-occupied and rentals are
not allowed, to help ensure the quality of the community.

Do you have any mobile homes for sale?
Yes. For Sale signs are posted in the windows of all available
homes, or you can click here for a current list.

How much is lot rent and what does that include?
Monthly lot leases are $275 for single-wide homes, $280 for corner
mobile homes and $285 for double-wide homes. Water is separate
and a minimum of $11 per month. All other utilities are the
responsibility of the mobile home owner.

What is required to live at the Independence
Mobile Home Park?
At application, perspective tenants must provide a $300 security
deposit, plus a $35 fee for full criminal and credit background check.

Are children allowed?
Yes. Everyone over the age of 17 must complete a
background check.

Are animals allowed?
Yes. You may have up to two (2) animals, each weighing
20 pounds or less.

What is the local school district?
Our children attend schools in the Blue Springs School

Who maintains the yards?
Tenants are responsible for the upkeep of their own yard, trees,
bushes, etc. The Park staff maintains all common areas.

Where is the Independence Mobile Home Park located?
We are located in Blue Springs, MO, just north of 40 Highway
and Little Blue Parkway at 4700 Glenview Avenue.
