Mission Statement
We care about maintaining our reputation as the best mobile home park in Kansas City, and one of the best parks in the country.

Our grandparents built this park from scratch, and did so with the intention of creating a mobile home park that looked like a subdivision. This park has a community feel to it and looks like a neighborhood. Our grandmother, Jane, had trees planted throughout the park to make it feel homey. Our grandfather, R.W., had this park annexed in to the Blue Springs School District, a top-ranked school system, and one of the best in the state of Missouri.

Our rules and regulations reflect how much we care about our residents. Our grandparents and mother wanted this park to look a certain way that is unique from any other mobile home park. You may notice the difference in other parks that do not carry so many restrictions. In our family, we were raised to never ask anyone to do something you would not do yourself, and as a result, we feel we provide our residents with the best-looking mobile home park in all of Kansas City.

As a general note for the park, all trash cans are to be stored at the rear of your mobile home so that they are out of sight. There are to be a maximum of two cars to a driveway. There cannot be rubbish stored throughout the lot. These rules promote a clean looking and beautiful park. This is how our grandparents ran the park. This is also how our mother ran the park. Out of respect and sense of duty, that is how my sister and I will run the park. Remember, that we would rather have a park that contains a lot of good tenants with a few vacancies, rather than a park at capacity with a bunch of bad apples.
